Sterling Silver Leaf Necklace

48.00

This sterling silver pendant represents a piece of Connecticut history. It is handmade from a mold of the architectural details on the doorknob of the Stony Hill School, a one-room schoolhouse built in Windsor in 1899. Windsor settled in 1633 and is rich in history. It is believed to be the first English settlement in Connecticut. The little schoolhouse is completely restored and today it houses a yoga center.

Elegant and delicate, the pendant is completely hand crafted by Connecticut jeweler Evelyn Pelati, and made exclusively for The Nutmeg Collective. It hangs from a sterling silver 18-inch chain. The piece is marked on the back with Evelyn's maker's mark and the hallmark of sterling.

The pendant measures about 1 x 1/2 inch.
